NATIONAL SERVICE SPECIFIC
National Service leadership is rooted in civic responsibility and the belief that leadership grows through serving others. It speaks to the unique conditions of a term of service, from orientation to completion. By focusing on motivation, the member lifecycle, and the impact of service, it develops leaders who understand the power of contribution, community, and collective change. All leadership domains are relevant to the national service experience; this domain is designed specifically for AmeriCorps members.
