SERVICE OFFERINGS
Jump Start offers dynamic learning experiences rooted in real-world application and grounded in the belief that leadership is learned through experience. All offerings are built around the LEAD framework (Learn, Engage, Act, Develop) and supported by a personally developed 80-hour curriculum known as the Jump Start Playbook. Training and coaching can be delivered virtually or in person.
The sessions are organized into eight leadership development domains, each
representing a different dimension of effective practice:

Training
Interactive sessions designed to spark insight, strengthen skills, and build leadership capacity. All trainings are rooted in adult learning theory and experiential education, drawing from the 80-hour Jump Start Playbook. Sessions run 75–90 minutes and can be delivered individually or as part of a multi-day training, retreat, or leadership series.
Coaching
One-on-one coaching that supports personal and professional growth. Grounded in reflection, accountability, and practical tools, coaching sessions are customized to meet leaders where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Retreat Design
& Facilitation
High-impact experiences that bring people together for intentional connection, reflection, and alignment. Whether you're onboarding a new team, navigating a transition, or recharging your leadership culture, retreats offer the spaciousness and structure needed to move from insight to action.
Open Space
Facilitation
Custom-designed processes that support collaborative problem-solving, group dialogue, and strategic thinking. From board meetings to cross-functional initiatives, this offering is ideal when you need a skilled facilitator to guide tough conversations, surface insights, and help people move forward together.
Keynote
Speaking
Energizing and thought-provoking keynotes that blend humor, heart, and hard truths. Popular topics include authenticity in leadership, agency and decision-making, and values-based culture change. All keynotes are tailored to fit your audience and event goals.
Organizational Consulting
(limited availability)
A long-term partnership that combines training and coaching to build leadership, strengthen teams, develop systems, and support strategic alignment. Most consulting engagements begin with an initial training session to assess fit and establish trust. From there, we co-create a tailored approach that may include role clarity, board development, or deeper leadership pathways. Designed for organizations ready to invest in meaningful growth over time.
Strategic Planning (no longer offered)
While I believe deeply in the value of strategic planning, I’m no longer offering these services. The nature of my calendar and current client relationships doesn’t allow for the sustained availability this work requires. I’m happy to refer you to trusted colleagues who specialize in strategic planning and facilitation.
SCHEDULING
In-person services are often booked 6 to 12 months in advance, while virtual sessions tend to be easier to schedule. I travel out of state regularly and am always open to the right fit. Coaching is offered on a rolling basis, depending on the season and my availability.
